Wow! I cannot rate Dreamtime events highly enough!! Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Easy booking and payment, accommodated a last minute change of venue, quick set up and really friendly! The tent looked amazing and all the little features like lights and blankets just made it extra special. The girls had an absolute ball and loved it. They made great use of the goodie boxes with props and pamper products as well as enjoying the snack box! It was really a brilliant night for my girls birthday and I can’t thank you enough

F.A.Q.
Can the Ice Bar go on fake grass?
The inflatable igloo bar can go on fake grass, however it will be held down with 18′ metal stakes. If you are happy to let us make holes in the grass then we can carry on and set up the Ice Bar. If you are not happy having us hammer some metal pegs through your fake grass then it won't be possible to set up the ice bar in that area and will have to relocate it to a more suitable spot.
How does the Ice Bar stay up?
The Ice Bar is kept inflated by a small air fan.
What area size is needed?
The ice bar is 5 meters wide and 3 meters tall, so an area of 5m x 5m for the complete set-up is required, (preferably a little larger).
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes, We require a small deposit to guarantee your booking for the date you want. This is standard practice within our industry to protect businesses from cancellations.
How long is the ice bar hire for?
The Ice Bar hire is generally for an overnight period, however we are able to adjust this for different event types. For example typicaly for corporate events, the inflatable dome tent is used for most of the day and not overnight.
How long will the furniture stay lit?
On average the LED furniture will have an 8hr battery life, please note we do not supply charging cables with the LED furniture due to damages occuring. Please switch off the furniture when not in use to prolong the life of the battery
Do we need to supply anything?
We need access to electricity and our staff may need access to a toilet.
Please note we do not supply charging cable with the speaker due to reoccuring damaged wires, however you are welcome to use your own C-type charging cable.
